Treat Mum to a Yardmill experience this Mother’s Day
This Mother’s Day, Toorak’s fine food and wellness destination Yardmill, is unlocking some of the secrets to their popular Raw High Tea Series, inviting Mothers, families and friends to take part in a unique workshop revealing the methods used to create the intolerant friendly, vegan and refined sugar free treats that Yardmill’s Raw High Tea Series has become known for.
With a focus on recreating the traditional High Tea experience, this workshop is set to combine the Toorak local’s popular decadent and intolerance friendly Raw High Tea with unique insight and instruction on how to prepare some of the key Raw High Tea items in your own home.
Tracey Sisson, Founder and Director of Yardmill and wellness advocate, believes the Raw High Tea Workshop provides the next level of insight locals have been asking for, giving a hint into how to recreate the gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free treats that have become a permanent menu feature since the Raw High Tea Series launched last year.
“The response to our Raw High Tea offering has been overwhelming,” said Tracey. “With interest far beyond those with an allergy to consider, (and) many simply wanting to enjoy the decadence of a High Tea without having to forfeit their commitment to feeling optimum wellness.”
Tracey continued, “Mum’s love a treat. I am one of them. So on Mother’s Day we thought it would be a lovely idea to not only embrace the opportunity to enjoy the special occasion enjoying delicious treats, we also thought it a good opportunity to celebrate wellness and get into the kitchen to prepare and enjoy these healthy treats together.”
Created by Head Chef Sven Schroeder and Head Pastry Chef, Emma Granleese, the Yardmill Raw High Tea Series was crafted as a further addition to their already existing healthy menu.
The offering includes delicious and exquisite items including Mini Raw Vegan Carrot Cakes with Creaming Lemon Icing, Raw Vegan Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Chai and Crunchy Cocoa Nibs and Fresh Tropical Chai Shots. All items featured are made from high quality ingredients, mindfully prepared and enthusiastically consumed.
Numbers are strictly limited. The Raw High Tea Workshop is priced at $115pp which includes a take home goodie bag.
